什么是清关? What is Customs Clearance?

清关即结关，是指国际物流过程中，进口或转运货物进入目的国境内港口、机场、口岸时， 依照法律法规履行手续，包括海关检查、审核、确认海关编码、申报价值及税收， 获得出入境许可的过程。

Customs clearance refers to the legal procedures required when imported or transshipped goods arrive at a destination country’s port or airport. It includes customs inspection, verification of HS codes, declared value, and applicable duties before receiving import approval.

核对资料 Document Verification

根据货物品名、数量、重量及进口口岸，确认HS编码及监管条件， 并判断是否符合操作要求。

Based on cargo type, quantity, weight and port of entry, we verify the correct HS code and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance before processing.

签订协议 Agreement Signing

告知客户清关费用并签订协议。出口商需提供发票、 装箱单及相关特殊商品证明文件。

We confirm customs fees and sign agreements. Exporters must provide invoices, packing lists, and any special certificates if required.

备货阶段 Preparation Stage

根据合同逐步落实货物品质、规格、 数量及发货时间安排。

We ensure product quality, specifications, quantity, and shipping schedule align with the contract.

合同执行 Contract Execution

跟踪发货情况，获取换单资料、 提单、发票、合同等原始文件。

We track shipment status and collect required documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and contracts.

清关流程 Customs Processing

准备完整资料提交海关，缴纳税费， 通过审核后货物即可放行。 普通清关时间为2-5天。

After submitting complete documentation and paying duties, customs approval allows goods to be released. Standard clearance takes 2–5 days.
